How much does a luxury yacht charter in Indonesia cost?

Rates are typical and quoted on request, and vary by vessel and season. In Bali, day boats typically run from IDR 12M for a half-day to IDR 195M for a premium full-day. For overnight cruising, Indonesian phinisi are typically IDR 40M–130M per night (explorer), IDR 75M–280M per night (luxury) and IDR 220M–410M per night (bespoke). Every rate is confirmed on request.

What's included in a private charter?

A private charter typically includes the full crew, a private chef, fuel within the itinerary, water toys such as snorkel and dive gear, kayaks and SUPs, all onboard meals, soft drinks and basic beer and wine — inclusions vary by vessel. A separate APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) covers fuel beyond the itinerary, port fees, premium beverages and special requests.

How many guests can a charter take?

Guest capacity varies by vessel — intimate crewed yachts typically sleep six to a dozen guests across several cabins, while larger yachts and day boats carry more. Each vessel's exact guest capacity is listed on its page.

When is the best time to sail Komodo, Raja Ampat or the Banda Sea?

Komodo is strong from April to October, with many vessels sailing year-round. Raja Ampat is best from October to April, typically as a 10–14 night voyage from Sorong. The Banda Sea and Spice Islands sail only in October–November and April–May.

Booking follows a simple flow: a no-payment inquiry, a shortlist from our desk, and a captain's hold of up to 14 days while you decide. A deposit then secures the charter — the amount and schedule follow each vessel's own terms and are confirmed in your proposal, never a fixed platform rate. The balance falls due before departure, followed by a pre-charter call, and then your voyage.
