Bhavana is a 50-metre heritage expedition phinisi launched in 2025 — conceived as a passion project uniting refined comfort, authentic Indonesian craftsmanship and purposeful ocean exploration. Her name, drawn from the Sanskrit for the “cultivation of the mind”, sets the tone of every voyage: guests arrive curious and depart renewed. Seven ensuite cabins accommodate fourteen guests, cared for by a crew of twelve that includes a cruise director, a dive instructor and a masseuse. Rooted in traditional phinisi shipbuilding and enriched with a Peranakan heritage design philosophy, she pairs cultural authenticity with contemporary detailing across a bright dining salon, a well-stocked bar and lounge, expansive teak sun decks and a shaded top deck. A fully equipped dive platform — nitrox, a divemaster and unlimited daily diving — makes her a natural home for dedicated divers and for families with older children. Send your dates and the brief — we hold them while the captain confirms the route. No card is taken at this stage. A signed charter agreement and a deposit — set by each vessel and confirmed in your proposal — confirm the booking; the balance is due before embarkation, per your charter agreement.
