All charter bookings made through YH Charter are subject to a formal Charter Agreement between the charterer and the yacht owner/operator. YH Charter acts as a broker facilitating the arrangement. The Charter Agreement shall be governed by Indonesian law unless otherwise specified for international charters.
A deposit confirms your booking; the deposit amount and refund terms follow the vessel's charter agreement, as set by each vessel and confirmed in your proposal.
The balance is due before departure, per your charter agreement.
A refundable security deposit may be required, the amount of which varies by vessel.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may vary based on season and availability.
Cancellation and refund terms are set by each vessel's charter agreement and confirmed in your proposal before you pay — earlier notice generally allows more of the fee to be recovered.
Disruption caused by weather, sea conditions, or other force majeure is handled together with the captain, favouring a reschedule or charter credit wherever possible.
Any refund due is returned to your original payment method. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every voyage.

Every vessel operates under its own insurance and complies with the maritime safety requirements applicable to it; the specific cover for your charter is confirmed in your charter agreement (cover varies by vessel and operator). YH Charter acts as a broker and shall not be held liable for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, or other force majeure events. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
