Navila is a 12-guest phinisi with 6 cabins for Komodo National Park expeditions.
Navila was the first boat of Navila Group, a Labuan Bajo operator: construction began in 2020 and she was launched in 2021, crafted in South Sulawesi from teak and ironwood. She is 28 metres long and 5.5 metres wide, with a gross tonnage of 59, and cruises at eight to eleven knots on a 6D22 engine, carrying 6,000 litres of fresh water, a 22.5 kVA generator and a silent genset.
All six cabins have queen-size beds. The two master cabins on the main deck measure 12 m², with wide windows onto the sea and room for an extra guest each; the four private cabins on the lower deck measure 9 m². That makes twelve guests, fourteen with extra beds, looked after by a crew of six. Her trips include all meals, Starlink internet and pick-up from the airport or harbour.
She is sold both as a private charter and cabin by cabin on shared trips, all within Komodo National Park and out of Labuan Bajo. Shared departures usually run from Friday to Sunday as three-day, two-night trips; private charters run from full-day trips to eight-day voyages, on a route and schedule the group chooses. Diving is offered only on private charters, and only to guests with at least Open Water certification.
