Real photographs, verified specifications and the seasonal rate you set. The availability calendar is live: confirmed charters and your own owner-holds are blocked automatically, peak season is shaded, and the guest stepper is capped at the vessel’s actual berth count. Nothing is illustrative.

Enquiry first — never a card

The guest sends an enquiry, not a checkout. The desk confirms the vessel is genuinely free, then issues the deposit invoice and, closer to departure, the balance. No guest ever pays for a charter we have not confirmed with you.

On your own website

The same engine drops into your site as an iframe widget, keyed to your account and locked to the domains you list. It resizes to fit your page and posts into the same single inventory — your site and ours can never disagree about a date.

Block owner-use and maintenance yourself; the engine respects every hold the moment you save it. Set and revise seasonal rates per vessel, review each booking, and see what you have earned — in one owner console.

One desk runs the charter

Behind the engine is the charter desk: proposals, booking confirmation documents, guest correspondence, invoices and the on-the-day detail. You receive confirmed charters and a settlement — not an inbox.

Money you can audit

Deposit and balance are raised as invoices; only settled payments count towards what a charter has collected. The same figure drives the guest’s ledger, the booking confirmation document and your payout — there is one number, not three.

These are not marketing labels — they are the states a booking actually holds in the platform. Guest, desk and owner are always looking at the same one.

One iframe, your domain.

The owner console mints an API key for your account and holds the list of domains allowed to load the widget. Paste the snippet into your site and the booking page renders inside your own page — it reports its height back so it never sits in a scrolling box.

Bookings taken there land in exactly the same place as bookings taken on YH Charter: your calendar, the desk’s queue, and your earnings.

Before you list.

Can I put the booking engine on my own website?

Yes. The engine embeds as an iframe widget on your own domain. Your account issues an API key and you list the domains allowed to use it, so the widget only runs where you say it can. It resizes to fit your page and writes into the same inventory as our site, so a date booked in one place is immediately unavailable in the other.

Do guests pay by card the moment they book?

No — and that is deliberate. A charter starts as an enquiry with no card taken. Our desk verifies the vessel is genuinely free with you, and only then is a deposit invoice issued, followed by the balance before departure. It means no guest is ever charged for a date you cannot honour.

How do I keep control of my own calendar?

You block owner-use, maintenance and any private dates yourself in the owner console. The booking engine honours every hold the moment you save it — those dates simply cannot be selected by a guest.

Do you list my yacht on OTAs or third-party marketplaces?

No. Your vessel is presented on YH Charter and promoted across the Leisure Group — The Luxury Bali and The Luxury Leisure — and through our concierge desk. We do not distribute to external marketplaces, so your yacht is never shown in a price race against itself.

Which currencies does the engine handle?

Each vessel is quoted and invoiced in its own currency — Indonesian rupiah, Thai baht, euro or US dollar depending on where it works. Any other currency shown to a guest is an indicative conversion, never the invoiced figure.

When am I paid for a charter?

A charter becomes eligible for owner payout once it has completed and the guest side has been fully collected. The platform computes that from settled payments only, so the amount you are paid reconciles line by line with what the guest actually paid.

What does it cost to use?

One flat monthly listing fee per vessel, tiered by boat type: from IDR 350,000 a month for a day boat under 15 metres, up to IDR 1,500,000 for a superyacht of 30 metres and above. Direct bookings taken through your own site are commission-free — the monthly listing fee is the only platform charge.

Do you take commission on every booking?

Not on the ones you generate. Direct bookings taken through the widget on your own website are commission-free — the monthly listing fee covers those. Charters that the YH concierge desk sources, sells and settles for you carry a commission rate agreed on your account, which is itemised on each payout alongside the gross and the net you receive.

Where does the platform operate?

Indonesia — Bali, Komodo, Raja Ampat and the Banda Sea — plus Thailand, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Across those regions the platform carries 350+ vessels.
