Who does what, and when
A charter moves through five stages. At each one somebody acts and the others watch it happen — there is no stage where two people enter the same thing twice, and no stage where a card is taken.
Five ways to sell the same boat.
Each product consumes a different unit of the vessel, so selling one changes what the others can still sell. The engine enforces that for you — a full day does not close the night, a private charter closes everything.

Which of the five a vessel offers is the owner’s decision, set per vessel — a day boat does not sell cabins, and a liveaboard phinisi does not sell half-days. Rates are always your own.

One calendar sits behind your booking page, the partner widget, the agent portal and the concierge desk. A hold you place in the console is unavailable everywhere before you have put the phone down.

The calendar the guest sees is the calendar you keep. Owner-holds and confirmed charters close the date on the spot — there is no second diary to reconcile.
You set rates by season in the console. The page quotes from them directly, in the vessel’s own currency.
A single figure, with the inclusions written out against it wherever the operator has supplied them. Add-ons are never guessed at by the page — the desk prices them with your quote.
Party size is bounded by the vessel’s published capacity — and where a half-day session carries a lower cap, it stops there instead. Enforced on the page and again on the server.

The concierge desk checks the date with you, then confirms the vessel is genuinely free before anything is promised.

A deposit invoice is issued in the vessel’s own currency, on the terms in her charter agreement. The charter is now committed.

The balance settles ahead of departure, invoiced by the same desk.
- 05Settled onlyPayout
Once the charter has completed and the guest side is fully collected, it becomes eligible for your payout — computed from settled payments only.
