The vessel
Prana by Atzaró is a 55-metre flagship phinisi carrying eighteen guests in nine cabins — one of the largest and most spacious crewed sailing yachts in Indonesia, and the boat most often chartered by groups that have outgrown everything else under sail.
Her operator publishes her rates, which is rarer than it should be: USD 20,000 a night in 2026 for the whole vessel and up to eighteen guests, rising to USD 22,000 in peak — 1–7 January, the whole of April, and 21–31 December. An extra person beyond the standard complement is USD 750 a night.
Eighteen guests across nine cabins is a genuine difference in kind. It is enough for three families, or a wedding party, or a company offsite, without anyone sleeping in a saloon — and on a boat of her length there is still deck left over.
Her days pair wellness at sea — a dedicated spa, a yoga deck and exceptional cuisine — with real expedition reach across Komodo, the Banda Sea and Raja Ampat, where the day moves from dawn dives and manta channels to pink-sand beaches and remote island anchorages.

Charter questions
How do I confirm a charter?
Send your dates and the brief — we hold them while the captain confirms the route. No card is taken at this stage. A signed charter agreement and a deposit — set by each vessel and confirmed in your proposal — confirm the booking; the balance is due before embarkation, per your charter agreement.
What is not included?
Fuel surcharge for the actual passage, port fees, food and beverage, marina dues, ground transfers, and travel insurance. We quote APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) up front so there are no surprises.
Can the itinerary be changed?
Yes. The route is a starting point — the captain runs the final call based on weather, your party's appetite, and what the season is doing. Most guests change something on day three.
How big should our party be?
Prana carries up to 18 guests across 9 cabins. Smaller parties get more space; larger ones still get a private charter.
