Board in Labuan Bajo late morning and cruise into the park. Warm up on the coral of Kelor Island before anchoring off Kalong for sunset, when thousands of flying foxes lift off the mangroves.
A pre-dawn hike up Padar for the three-bay panorama, then the rose-coloured sand of Pink Beach. Afternoon ranger-guided dragon trek on Komodo Island, closing with a drift over Manta Point.
A final morning reef at Kanawa or Siaba Besar with its resident turtles, then a gentle cruise back to Labuan Bajo for midday disembarkation.
