Charter Agreement

YH Charter is operated by PT Luxury Leisure Indonesia and acts as a broker, arranging your charter between you (the charterer) and the owner or operator of the vessel. Each charter is governed by an agreement between the charterer and that owner/operator, which YH Charter facilitates and confirms on their behalf.

What is included with your charter — crew, fuel, provisioning, water sports, national-park or cruising-permit fees, transfers and similar — varies by vessel and operator. The precise inclusions and exclusions for your charter are itemised in your proposal and confirmed before you pay. We do not apply a single, fleet-wide inclusions list.

Sending an inquiry places no payment and creates no reservation — our team first confirms availability and final pricing. Once confirmed, a deposit secures your dates. The deposit amount and the balance schedule are set per vessel and stated in your proposal; the balance is due before departure. Prices are subject to applicable taxes and may vary with season and availability.

Please provide an accurate guest count and any relevant guest information. Guests are expected to follow the crew's reasonable safety instructions at all times and to treat the vessel and crew with care. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and travel documents.

The captain has final authority over the vessel, its route and all matters of safety. Planned itineraries are indicative and may be adjusted for weather, sea conditions, or the safety and comfort of those aboard. Where conditions require a change, the crew will work with you to find the best alternative.

Cancellation and refund terms are set by each vessel's charter agreement and confirmed in your proposal before payment. Disruption caused by weather, sea conditions, or other force majeure is handled together with the captain, favouring a reschedule or charter credit wherever possible. Each vessel operates under its own insurance and complies with the maritime safety requirements applicable to it; the specific cover for your charter is confirmed in your charter agreement (cover varies by vessel and operator). As a broker, YH Charter is not liable for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations arising from weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, or other force majeure events. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every voyage.

Charters in Indonesia are governed by Indonesian law. International charters are governed by the law specified in the applicable charter agreement for that vessel and destination.
