Founder & Chief Executive
Henry founded YH Charter in 2014 with a vision to bring world-class hospitality to Indonesia's most remote waters. A lifelong sailor and third-generation hotelier, he has overseen the growth of the fleet from a single phinisi to more than two hundred vessels across three continents.
President & Chief Operating Officer
Davendra leads global operations including fleet management, crew development, and itinerary design. A former executive at a leading hospitality group, he is widely recognised in the yachting community for his work standardising five-star service across a diverse charter fleet.
Chief Hospitality Officer
Camille joined YH Charter in 2025 from Belmond, where she served as Director of Guest Experience. She oversees onboard service standards, culinary programming, and signature guest experiences, blending European refinement with Indonesian warmth.
